I try to eat healthy. Especially for breakfast. So I’m sharing with you my go-to green breakfast smoothie.
1. One whole banana
2. Handful of spinach (sometimes I use kale)
3. 1/4 c. blueberries
4. 1/4-1/2 c. mango
I use frozen mango and blueberries because they’re cheaper and they last longer. If there’s a big sale on fruit or when that particular fruit is in season, I buy a bunch and freeze it that way.
Anyway, I use a Magic Bullet. As cheesy as the infomercial is, I would totally buy another one if mine ever goes kaput.
Just add water or milk or juice (I use water) and blend.
