Since I’m in Houston for the week, I was at a friend’s friend’s house for an LSU watch party (yay for LSU fans in TX!). They had pulled pork nachos. Pulled. Pork. Nachos.
Now, while I can’t tell you exactly how they cooked their pulled pork, I can tell you what’s on them: chips, velveeta rotel, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, black beans, and guacamole.
If I would make these at home, I would use a pork shoulder and cook it on low for about 10 hours in the crockpot.
You can add the BBQ sauce to the pork in the crock pot or just onto the nachos. We used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Mmmmm.
I’m totally stealing this idea. They were soooo good. Perfect football food and great for a crowd!
