Can I just say how much I’ve missed my morning smoothie? I’ve been in Houston, TX for about 8 days for work. No smoothies for me :(.
This was a much needed welcome-home-good-morning smoothie.
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1/4 c. each of frozen mango, blueberries, and peaches
I added water and blended.
I bought some coconut water today, so I’ll be trying it out in my smoothies this week!
