- 1 banana
- 1 heaping Tbs. natural peanut butter
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
- A splash of skim milk
1. I added water to fill the rest of the cup and blended.
PB&J for breakfast? Yes, please!
