PB&J Green Smoothie

It’s almost a PB&J. And it sure tasted like one!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaping Tbs. natural peanut butter
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
  • A splash of skim milk

1. I added water to fill the rest of the cup and blended.

PB&J for breakfast? Yes, please!
