It’s almost a PB&J. And it sure tasted like one! Ingredients: 1 banana 1 heaping Tbs. natural peanut butter 1 handful of spinach 1/2 c. frozen blueberries A splash of skim milk 1. I added water to fill the rest of the cup and blended. PB&J for breakfast? Yes, please!

This smoothie was just what I needed this morning. Frothy and watermelon-y and lime-y. 1 handful of frozen raspberries 1 c. frozen watermelon chunks 1/2 banana Juice of 1 lime Splash of coconut water I added some regular water and blended. It was YUM! And very pink.
