This smoothie was just what I needed this morning. Frothy and watermelon-y and lime-y. 1 handful of frozen raspberries 1 c. frozen watermelon chunks 1/2 banana Juice of 1 lime Splash of coconut water I added some regular water and blended. It was YUM! And very pink.
Can I just say how much I’ve missed my morning smoothie? I’ve been in Houston, TX for about 8 days for work. No smoothies for me :(. This was a much needed welcome-home-good-morning smoothie. 1 banana 1 handful of spinach leaves 1/4 c. each of frozen mango, blueberries, and peaches I added water and blended. […]
Cheesy name, delicious results. No bananas here. Also no greens because I haven’t been to the grocery store. Lazy. I didn’t quite follow the original recipe exactly. I added a little more broccoli and instead of regular gouda, I […]

I loooove Mexican food. And anyway I can make it a teeny tiny bit healthier, I try. This quinoa recipe is adapted from the back of the target brand quinoa bag. It’s super yummy. You can add grilled shrimp or chicken and make it a whole meal or by itself as a side. Ingredients: 1 c. […]
